My experience of getting a dental implant at Lovat House (to replace a front tooth) has been very positive. From start to finish, the treatment I received from Mr Andrew Barber and the dental nurses was exemplary. Having lost the tooth in a fairly traumatic road traffic accident, I particularly appreciated the high level of professionalism and care provided, as well as the excellent quality of work. The communication has been excellent - at all stages of treatment I was given clear information about the procedures involved and what they entailed, as well as timescales and costs. Much effort was made to ensure the the implant has longevity and is as natural looking as possible. I’m so pleased with the result. I would strongly recommend Lovat House to anyone considering a dental implant. The service at Lovat House was also excellent. The receptionists were really helpful. On the occasions when I sent follow-up questions to the practice via email, I received a clear response, answering my queries promptly. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and considerate.

There is very little I can think of that would improve the service and care I received. I opted for Lovat House on the basis of a referral from my own dentist - and I'm really glad I did.

As a new patient at Lovat House, I was unfamiliar with the practice, but I was immediately put at ease by a brilliant team of friendly and professional individuals who clearly enjoy where they work! The reception team led by Allisa were superb at, fielding my questions, booking my appointments and answering my queries. The practice is modern, exceptionally clean and tidy and yet friendly and welcoming.

I found the whole environment less ‘clinical’ then other practices I’ve used previously. Making for a better overall experience. I had a root canal treatment over 2 appointments with Jay (Dr Indrajith Jayaweera). Not sure how he achieved it but it was painless. Incredible. I’ve had 2 root canals in the past & found them to be excruciatingly painful. Not so with Jay. I had been anxious before the first appointment, I had no need to be anxious before the 2nd. Both him & his assisting nurse were lovely & caring. Kept me informed throughout. I felt in very safe hands. I would happily highly recommend them to my friends & family.

I don’t think you could have done anything better.

Emails, text are s great improvement to the dental practise.

The reception area does not reflect the modern/forward thinking practises.
