I am patient with multiple Chronic health conditions and have found it extremely difficult and frustrating with the current state of affairs we find ourselves in post pandemic. However seeing Dr Moore this week, totally restored my faith in the system, and I cannot thank her enough for seeing me with such empathy, diligence, understanding and respect. I felt totally heard and acknowledged for the first time in years it seems, something I have really missed until now. She had taken the time to read through my notes, in fact I was quite emotional and overwhelmed with the duty of care and time extended by Dr Moore over what has been a difficult time for me health wise. She really is one of the best GP’s I have had the pleasure of dealing with at the Thorndike Health Care Centre. I sincerely hope I have the pleasure of seeing her again when it comes to my next appointment. I think consistency is key for those with chronic health conditions as it becomes so very difficult and diluted with the different GP’s we end up seeing. I am a big advocate for specific GP patient lists, however at the same time appreciate and accept that this is where we find ourselves. If I had a choice however, it would be Dr Moore each and every time!

I was extremely impressed during my first appointment with Dr Moore. She struck the right balance between brisk/caring, answered my questions and examined a referral I had which had not been initiated. I could not have been more satisfied with her treatment of me.

Dr moore is an excellent gp It is so assuring that when you app is with a gp that you feel comfortable with and not a locum . For years I have been registered at formerly delce medical practice under the late great dr Tooby then as equally as another fantastic doctor who shared real passion dr dhinsa who I hold both in high reguard as our family doctors . Since the delce and Thorndyke merged and dr dhinsa unfortunate step down in roles due to his own personal health . Doctor moore you could say had quite a task to compete in a sense along with patients views on how to match or better dr toobys dr dhinsas professional approach to patients and gain their confidence which I can honestly say on the times that I was lucky enough to get an appointment with dr moore felt that my health my concerns were all in dr moore’s hands and the treatment care advice given was on Par with my past gps and upon leaving my app felt confident and happy that dr moore’s arrival at the surgery was what the ailing surgery needed And a new quality compassionate family doctor was here in dr moore Both dr dhinsa and dr moore visited my late father and the compassion was just there to see without them saying a word . Great to have been seen by doctor moore and could only wish that any further appointments I may need then it is with dr moore

I saw Dr Moore for my 8 week postnatal check up for myself and my baby. She was very thorough and there was an ongoing two-way dialogue the whole time. The appointment started and finished on time and at no point did I feel rushed to leave. She answered all my questions, her recommendations were very helpful and she referred me on to other providers where necessary. Would highly recommend Dr Moore and would be very happy to be allocated to her next time I need to see a doctor.
