Went to see Dr Osborne at a real low point in my life. Dr Osborne listened, and talked to me for quite a long time and rather than feel like single failure, as I felt at the time, she explained that many others had the same feelings and condition and that it was not unusual - and did so in such a warm and friendly way that when I left I felt like an enormous weight had been lifted. Having been to doctors who barely engage in any eye contact, Dr Osborne always engages in eye contact and so makes you feel like she really cares and you aren't just another patient. In my opinion, Dr Osborne is an excellent GP. Sadly she has left my surgery to work elsewhere.

Dr Osborne has great patience and an empathetic attitude which is vital for patients, and makes such a difference.
