Dr. Arnold was my doctor for over 20 years. You could always get an appointment to see her and nothing was too much trouble. She got my blood pressure to normal after many years of trying. Since she retired it is almost impossible to see a doctor, a telephone call if you are lucky. No one seems to bother with us. She is sorely missed.

Penelope Arnold was called upon to hear a dispute between a patient and medical staff. She showed no independence and was completely biased. She showed no understanding, compromise or impartiality. She should focus on returning to the fundamental principles of healthcare and remain completely independent, and as a senior partner of Greystone House, she should not get involved in preliminary discussions/disputes as she should be the final escalation point for any matter. I cannot vouch for Dr Arnold's professionalism or medical knowledge.

As always, pleasant, thorough and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She explains everything well and arranges any follow-up quickly.

Dr Arnold has been my GP for almost 20 years, I trust her implicitly. Dr Arnold is patient, always listens and engages with you finding the best solution and not necessarily the easiest for her. I feel very fortunate to have such a great doctor as I know so many people who don't. Greystone House Surgery is managed so well and this is down to everyone not just the GP's.
