Patient led consultation, open discussion, keen to listen. Immediately felt I was in good hands. Very thorough consultation.
Thank you so much for your kind words, which I really appreciate.

I feel quite happy talking to this doctor
Really glad to hear!
No improvements are necessary. Dr Vijay was very clear in his explanations, and I felt reassured that there were no issues with my health. He gave clear direction on what to look out for and what to do if I notice any changes. Very good service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me your feedback, which inspires me to keep trying my best.
I have had couple appointments without knowing that they were telephone appointment. I think the message that we receive should clarify the kind of appointment as well. When these appointment were made for me I was not informed if they were on the phone or face to face. Then when I turned up in clinic I was told the appointments were not face to face.
Another point is some appointment should certainly be made face to face such as results of some test or scans that show some finding that we’re not before there.
Thank you so much for your 5 star rating! I will pass your comments to the Practice team to consider further. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Doctor was on the phone through my assessment I had to keep re giving my answers as he was preoccupy his mobile
Oh dear, this does sound awful and I apologise for that. I do not use my mobile phone when consulting with patients, unless there is a rare urgent need (and I always then ask the patient to excuse me and apologise for any interruption). Sometimes when we login to certain NHS IT systems (e.g. our work NHSmail system), it sends a code to our mobile phone that we have to enter (or acknowledge) to continue to use the IT system. I do not know exactly what happened during your consultation, so please do feel free to contact me to discuss it in more detail. I apologise for your experience as it does sound like I could have handled any interruption better.
