Reviews
I was referred to Mr Gore, for complex midfacial and nasal reconstruction surgery due to cocaine use. Due the the complex nature of the surgery, this was done over several surgical procedures.
Apart from being extremely caring and sensitive to the situation i put myself in, Mr Gore made sure the discomfort was kept to a minimum. Despite being a patient based overseas, Mr Gore was always readily available to meet in person or via Zoom to monitor progress and discuss the way forward. His replies to any queries by email was also quick, which is always reassuring when recovering from a procedure.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Gore and his incredible team for any similar procedures and i can't thank him enough for the incredible work he has done, to reconstruct my nose, allowing me to live a normal (and happily sober) life again.
I saw Sinclair seven months ago to discuss concerns about the loose skin on my neck and my drooping jowls. I also raised concerns about my upper lip being very thin. Sinclair suggested a lower facelift, neck lift, and lip lift. He was very professional throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the procedure, with numerous follow-up appointments. I felt extremely valued and in very safe hands.
Sinclair went above and beyond by staying close to the hospital on the evening of my procedure to be nearby. He even visited me at 6 am the next morning to ensure I was not in any discomfort. I'm extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend Sinclair to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. The lever of care I received was exemplary.
I would also like to give credit to the staff at Foxcott Hospital. They were incredibly professional, friendly, efficient, and provided excellent care.
I believe Mr. Sinclair Gore to be a remarkable surgeon in every way. From the outset his reassuring manner and detailed explanations of the proposed surgery in dealing with cancer in my right cheek and follow-on reconstruction procedures gave me great confidence in getting the best possible outcomes.
Following surgery his reassuring daily visits whilst in the Churchill Hospital ward to check on my recovery progress, often visiting me first thing in the morning before going to theatre and late evening, was very reassuring and much appreciated.
Over the 2023 Christmas holiday period it was necessary for the hospital to contact Mr. Gore whilst he was away on holiday abroad due to an unexpected issue. His response was immediate and in addition to making the necessary arrangements for a next day hospital appointment he had arranged; he phoned me to reassure me and confirm the arrangements he had made – all quite exceptional.
Because of the nature of my cancer further surgical procedures have been necessary and, on each occasion, Mr. Gore and his team have been absolutely fantastic, and the care and attention has been first class and carried out with great skill and precision.
Mr. Gore’s pre-surgery, post-surgical and follow-up consultations have always been excellent with all aspects explained in great detail and in ‘plain English’, and where appropriate a re-assuring injection of humour. Following each Plastics clinic consultation Mr. Gore prepares and forwards a detailed report without delay, detailing the current diagnosis and setting out the next steps and planned next appointment. I regard all these aspects as being exceptionally good.
Without out doubt I have indeed been extremely fortunate and grateful to have been under the care of Mr. Gore and his team. Also, I would like to pay tribute to the excellent care provided by the Churchill Blenheim Ward, who have been quite simply ‘wonderful.’
The ala nasal reconstruction performed by doctor Gore that was needed after a previous removal of a base cell cancer and it has been a great experience with an excellent outcome. Despite the time length of the process consisting of three stages surgery at Churchill. Also the care received by the teams at both hospitals Radcliffe and Churchill before and after theater was excellent! Although it didn't affect me in any way, I could not notice after surgeries that the staff in the recovery room at the Churchill hospital was a bit stretched and at times almost overwhelmed.
