After being diagnosed with breast cancer and needing a mastectomy, my oncology consultant referred me to Rachel for the reconstruction. She explained the options for reconstruction - the operation itself and recovery. She was kind and open in her advice. She also showed photos (anonymous) of previous patients, which really helped to visualise the impact to my body. the aftercare was great - I've a lot of follow up meetings with Rachel to ensure both she and me are happy with progress, and i know i can always reach out should there be a problem. Shes a perfectionist so you know the result is always going to be great. all in all, i would not hesitate in recommending

My experience could not have been any better. I felt listened to and supported throughout the consultation, pre-op, surgery and post-op, with no obligation to go ahead with the surgery if I changed my mind, and any questions were answered thoroughly. Every member of staff I came into contact with on the day of my operation was friendly and caring. Recovery was smoother and quicker than expected, with no issues whatsoever. The regular post-op appointments made me feel at ease, and I always knew who to contact if I needed support. Rachel and Emma are warm, caring, and friendly, which was so reassuring when undergoing an intimate procedure such as a labiaplasty. Would definitely recommend!!

After various medically necessary abdominal surgeries over the years, my tummy had seen better days. But at 56 I felt a little foolish contemplating a tummy tuck. Rachel was recommended to me by a fellow surgeon and on meeting her I felt no doubt that she was the right surgeon for me. She listened to my concerns and gave me treatment options outlining the pros and cons of each. She gave me realistic expectations with regards to recovery and outcomes, showing me images of her previous work. She is personable and empathetic whilst remaining professional. I am more than pleased with my results and can’t fault the care that I received.

I cannot recommend Rachel enough! My post op results are amazing, the pre op assessments and care were spot on, everything was answered and explained to me in detail! After surgery, Rachel responded to emails within an hour or 2 even if at 10pm at night! I was really nervous about having breast reduction surgery done and I would do it 5X over with Rachel!!
