Following a show jumping accident and damage to my vertebrae and spinal cord I had pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders which was making work difficult and I was at risk of doing further damage. I couldn’t recommend Mr Spink enough. He was highly professional and listened to my many questions and answered them fully giving me detailed, clear explanations about my injury and possible procedures. He went through my scans and allowed me and my husband to fully understand the issues with my spine. His clear and considered approach supported us and enabled us to make an informed decision. Mr Spink's detailed answers and balanced information gave us confidence to go ahead with surgery and he continued to provide support throughout the surgery and my follow up consultations. Post surgery I had immediate improvements, less pain in my spine and more feeling in my hands. My recovery was very smooth with no complications at all and I am sure that this was down to the skills and expertise of Mr Spink. My symptoms have continued to improve with time and I was quickly able to do more things and get back to a more active lifestyle . Three months on I could return to work and was able to ride my horse again and have returned to hill walking in the lakes. I cannot thank Mr Spink enough. His care and time taken to explain the procedure was outstanding. The outcome of my surgery exceeded my expectations and I feel that he has given me and my family our lives back.

Mr Spink was highly informative throughout all consultations. A highly experienced and successful practitioner, I felt very supported by his knowledge and expertise with regard to a difficult procedure that I underwent. The operation was a success and care provided was excellent throughout, including regular contact with my family onbthe day and post operative support. Thank you for all your support given.

I came to surgery with eve invreasing back pain that had severley affected my quality of life. I was unable to stand or walk for more than 10 mins without having to sit down and was bent over on a walking stick. Post surgery I could immediately fell the benefits. 7 weeks post op and now I am back doning DIY jobs arround the house and walking on the Nort Yorkshire Moors 5 and 6 miles. I expect to return to dancing in the next few weeks. I can only say it is like a miracle I fell I have got my life back. I cannot thank Mr Spink enough. His care and time taken to explain the proceedure was excellent and filled me with confidence. The outcome of my surgery far exceeded my expectations.

I couldn’t recommend George highly enough. For the first time ever I was actually listened to, encouraged to explain my condition, was shown my scans and fully understood/saw for myself the issue with my spine. He explained my options and gave me the tools to make an informed decision for myself. After deciding to go ahead with surgery, he gave me confidence that I was in great hands and continued to provide this support through to my follow up consultation post surgery. My recovery has been smooth with no complications at all and I put this down to the skill and experience of Mr Spink.
