Mr Khan made the whole experience very comfortable. he explained the condition and procedure he would be completing very clearly which gave me great comfort. The minor surgery was created very quickly and successfully and I am very grateful to Mr Khan and his team.

I had the procedure and all I thought went well. Everyone was very profesional and caring. I was given a leaflet with all the information and numbers to call if anything went wrong. I felt very sick a few hours after the operation so I called the numbers given. One number went to a voice mail that directed me to the other number. The other number went to a ward that didn't know anything about my treatment and tried to call the doctors secretary. In the end she called back a couple of times to say she didn't know why i was feeling ill as she had no access to my notes and no way to contact the surgeon. She didn't know why I had been given her number. She advised me to call 111 if I was still unwell in an hour. I went in a week later for the wound check. I was kept waiting an hour for this appointment as the reception and the nurse weren't communicating, she thought I had been seen by someone else. She told me to call if I had any issues and I showed her the numbers which she then informed me were the wrong ones. She gave me to correct numbers to call. I ended up going to my GP to get the stitches removed. No letter had been sent to the GP about the procedure so the nurse had to guess how many stitches were dissolvable and how many were not.

Mr Ayub was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and at my consultation he was very thorough. I was also really impressed at how quickly Mr Ayub provided me with the clinic notes following my initial consultation - and the notes were so detailed and comprehensive that it filled me with confidence that he was the right surgeon. I was originally scheduled for my breast reduction surgery with a different surgeon, who I was very confident and comfortable with, however due to circumstances beyond anybody's control, my surgery was handed over to Mr Ayub. I was nervous at first, as it was a change I wasn't prepared for - but when I met Mr Ayub, any concerns I had were erased and I had full faith in him. I'm currently just shy of 2 weeks post op, and I feel fantastic. My results so far are incredible, and I have no doubt they will continue to improve as I heal. I am so thankful for Mr Ayub!

The level of care was very good. It would have been good to know the room was mine for the day, maybe l would have stayed longer for my husband to continue at work. Nurses brilliant. Staff in operating theatre were very kind and understanding and friendly. A good experience over all
