The care given to my 11 year old child was nothing short of exemplary from the initial consult right through to the end of her procedure. It may have taken a little while to organise due to the need for a paediatric nurse but Dr Ayub and his whole team ensured my child’s first ‘big’ medical experience was as positive as it could be. They talked to her calmly throughout the whole procedure and ensured she was comfortable and well cared for.

From the first meeting Mr Ayub gave me confidence and put me at ease with his calm and attentive manner. He listened to me and then explained what he could do to help my situation. The operation was carried out skillfully and at no time did I feel rushed in and out. After the operation he explained to me what the next steps would be and at my follow up appointment Mr Ayub again took the time to explain how well the procedure had gone and that I could now carry on injecting near the site of the operation with no cause for concern. I would definitely recommend Mr Ayub in the future.

Although my appointment was initially for a consultation Mr Khan did his absolute best to fit me in for a procedure on the same day, as he recognised I had travelled a distance for the appointment. Unfortunately the theatre was fully booked for the day so this was not possible, but thank you for trying. Everything was fully explained to me about what the procedure entails and Mr Khan will endeavour to get me back into the hospital asap.
