I was refered by my Doctor concerning a growth in my neck. Mr Smith saw me and advised that the growth was a goiter in my Throid gland another bit attached down by my breast bone. I had every confidence in Mr Smith as he told me I needed surgery to remove the growth. Results were good as the growth was non cancerous , what a relief . My aftercare was 1st class via Mr Simon Smith.

Simon has been my consultant since 2022 when I found out I had breast cancer. He has operated on me twice and I can not fault him at all. He made me feel completely at ease and looked after me amazingly. I am forever grateful and thankful for Simon and his team, I couldn’t recommend him enough.

I had an issue with my parathyroid gland that was impacting my health and well-being, and after poor communication from another surgeon I came to see Mr Smith. He was thorough in his investigations, explanations, planning and follow up for the removal of the offending parathyroid adenoma. I am now 4 months post op and I am feeling the best I have felt for years. Having had the parathyroidectomy I now sleep better, no longer have depression and my bones don’t ache anymore. I’d thoroughly recommend Mr Smith to fellow sufferers of hyperparathoidism who are looking for a surgeon.

The operation on my parathyroid glands was carried out at the end of May this year by Simon. He was so kind and helped me understand the surgery I was going to have. I have nothing but praise for him and the whole team for making me feel at ease with the situation. The operation was a complete success and the aftercare has been superb. Simon is a great surgeon and I would also like to thank Ruth his secretary for being so helpful throughout.
