I received excellent care from Mr Simon Smith from the first telephone consultation. He explained that I would need an operation, a parathyroidectomy, and provided detailed information about it. The surgery was a success and I have noticed a definite improvement in my health and wellbeing. I am extremely grateful to Mr Simon Smith and his secretary Ruth Goodwin for their care and professionalism.

Working in the medical industry for the last 13 years I know my stuff and when I decided to have breast augmentation I only wanted the best. Dr Simon Smith is an amazing doctor. From the first time I met him he eased my worries and spoke to me with pure care and compassion as I was suffering with my medical condition for well over four years. I was with another consultant initially and then handed over to Dr Simon Smith - the best thing that could happened. He took charge of my health care and kept an eye on me for a year post surgery to make sure all my thyroid levels were correct. The care I received from him is second to none. I have had surgery in private hospitals and Dr Simon Smith and his team wiped the floor with them. Through his care and expertise I understand my medical needs and what I have to live with considering I am pretty young and I have six children that I am responsible for. The after care restored my faith in the NHS and I believe Dr Smith and is secretary Ruth Goodwin need to commended with the highest of accolades for all their hard work and compassion they give to every patient. If every consultant and secretary were like Dr Smith and Ruth we will be living in utopia.
