The nurses who are in charge for diabetic patients are not well trained, they just give their own advice

I don’t often have the need to go to the surgery that often but can usually get an appointment and repeat prescriptions quite easily.

For me nothing even though l had to wait a while but much better than when we didn’t get appointments.

This medical centre is one of the best in this area. They also have branch I Southall.Receptionis kind ,helpful, and understanding.The both medical.cetre are full of excellent expertise. My whole family is registered with this medical centre.

I would like to suggest that priority should given to older people some time they are in.pain .

I feel very disappointed and unhappy with the unprofessional service provided by Dr Shanker Vijay. Last week my grandma made an appointment due to excruciating pain in her ear. Dr Shanker Vijay sent her away with the explanation 'nothing is wrong'. That night my grandma was in tears with ear pain. We went to the urgent care unit to be told she has a major ear infection. The hospital doctors rolled their eyes when I explained what Dr Shanker said. Complete incorrect diagnosis. Shouldn't be a doctor.
