The care here can be shockingly bad and doctors seem to not be able to actually do anything. The receptionists are nice and as helpful as they can be. I would say I’ve had more bad experiences with this doctors than positive ones as I have not received proper care multiple times.

Listen to patient. Do more I guess when issues are serious and not sort of brush it off. Be better prepared for appointments and know patients background before asking irrelevant questions.
