Botwell Medical Center give outstanding customer service and empathy towards patients. Always helpful with appointments and other services. Reception/Admin/Nurses and Doctors are amazing and we are blessed to have them. The Southall branch I use for bloods and physio and they are outstanding too, patient and caring and polite at all times. All my family members attend here and I’ve even recommended many of my friends to both branches who are looking for doctors in those areas.

Suggested improvements
There really isn’t anything more they can do better they are extremely hardworking staff and go over and above to help people.

The reception i spoke with today was verbally agressive towards me on the phone and was not helpful at all.
