It sometimes gets challenging to get appointment although you wake up early and do it on patches

The staff and all HCPs including GPs, nurses, nurse associates all are very good and care for your general wellbeing. Getting an appointment sometime when it's urgent is quite tricky though but overall if request done in time on patches, it is good.

Requested a GP telephone appointment for a non urgent but important health issue via the PATCH system at around 9-9.30 am today and received an immediate telephone call from the surgery offering me 11:15 am appointment. Very helpful and very efficient

On this particular matter it was completely successful from my point of view

It is slightly annoying that you have to log your request for an appointment on PATCHS within a certain time window 8am-10am for an appointment in advance (non urgent), however, if you are able to do that, you get called back the same day to book in. Once you do have an appointment, the staff are absolutely fantastic! Great receptionist, great nurses, and fabulous doctors who genuinely care and are very thorough.

It is easy to get an appointment personally, coming to surgery. The appointments booking on PATCHS is impossible, even at 8 am.

The doctors' advice/referrals and recommendations are very helpful and done very efficiently.

Patchs was simple to use. I received a call about 1 hour after making the appointment and got an appointment same day. Doctors, nurses and receptionist were personable.
