I called today at 2.30pm to make an urgent appointment to see a doctor for my very poorly child. I got through at 2.35pm only to be told all the appointments had been taken. In a space of five minutes the surgery was full. Furthermore, the advice I was given was to call 111 in the event of an emergency. What is 111 going to do for my little boy. This surgery is a joke. It fails to identify those who are vulnerable such as the very young and old. Additionally, I found the receptionist to be so unhelpful. As though I was bothering her. If you are looking for a medical centre please do yourself a favour and skip this practice. I have the grand job of looking for a new medial centre now myself. This practice should make way for one that can do it's job and look after the sick.

Really disappointed! You never really get any appointments here. They ask you to call at 8 and then when you call they say there is no appointment and ask you to call at 2.30. When you call at 2.30 they again say no appointment. I would urge this surgery to stop taking patients till they improve their service to minimum standard.

7th January 2019 This morning at 8am I went to the surgery with a urine sample and needed antibiotics. . The receptionist said the nurse had not arrived and she would get her to call which she did. I said my symptoms and by 2pm this afternoon a prescription had been left at the Pharmacy for me. This to me was wonderful and I want to Thank them for being so sympathetic on my arrival and for there swift service. Thankyou to all.

Chloe is great. Rest of eeceptionist very unhelpful and abrupt. At one instance one of receptionist told me if I didn’t like the service then I should go private.(polish) hmmmm.
