The person who i see as an ideal and very useful receptionist is ' Ruth '. She always greets the patients including myself with a big smile and she is very friendly and always gives her best at understanding my enquiries.

Very good service and receptionist. Only recommendation is appointments with the GP - to be more close to the time needed.

Have been here for 15+ years. i come rarely as the service quality has been so poor. I visited Dr Bhatt ast week and Adan the HCA ) today 19.05.19. OUTSTANDING!
