There is often a long waiting hold on the phone.
Getting an appointment, something which was so much easier and quicker with James Cochrane Practice when I was younger, is now weeks wait away.

On this visit, with this Dr (Dr [name removed]) nothing could have been better.
The receptionist was polite and helpful and the Dr went above and beyond.
Dr [name removed] is a breath of fresh air after 2 years of disappointment.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
