I have been very pleased with the care shown to me at this practice and honestly cannot think of anything that could improve on the standard set out as now! Except the car parking!

Likely because there are no other options in Reigate I'm aware of! Hard to get mid-term appointments. Triage. 2-3 weeks. 3 days - week. Temporary waiting room very claustrophobic and horrible. Please hurry up with the renovation. Emails are rarely answered/responded to. All in all you guys do a pretty good job.

Turned up for an ear appointment for 9 am. Checked in with reception. Waited 1/2 an hr and only when inquired was and told there was a problem. The nurse hadn't tuned up!! Perhaps this information should have been forthcoming at check in?

There was a 45 min wait but Dr Long was thorough going through various things referred for a blood test- a free slot in 45 mins so happy to wait. Helpful staff.
