Time that I am seen.
Appt was mins late on 14/1/15.
I was examined, listened to and then notes were recorded.
Saturday morning appointment was very helpful to me as was.
Dr very helpful and explained things clearly.
As a sufferer from COPD the triage system ensures that I can get to see a doctor quickly when I really need one. There can sometimes be a wait to get through on the phone, but nothing excessive. Admin and clinical staff are always polite and professional.
Thank you for your feedback. We do try to man the phones accordingly but appreciate that sometimes we may not always meet our own standards or patient expectations. The doctor listed to everything I had to say and explained fully why I had to continue with the medication I'm on. He also explained fully the symptoms and effect (ie Anthritis) to me reassuring me and offering helpful advice to help myself cope with/ improve the situation. I left feeling confident and reasurred.
