The doctor listed to everything I had to say and explained fully why I had to continue with the medication I'm on. He also explained fully the symptoms and effect (ie Anthritis) to me reassuring me and offering helpful advice to help myself cope with/ improve the situation. I left feeling confident and reasurred.

Reception staff helpful.
Sensible triage system for urgent appts.
Though c. 1 week to wait for a scheduled appt.
Perhaps a bit rushed at consultation. so I forgot to ask a question.
I feel the quality of are to be good though.

Your feedback is helpful to us so thank you for taking the time. Appointment availabilty has been longer in December than we would like. My family and I have been registered with the surgery for about 6 years. We have found the care outstanding. Emergency appointments are possible without fuss - the triage system seems to work well. The GPs are down to earth and very professional. I don't mind paying taxes when services such as this are provided!
