Brilliant service from The Wall House this week. After an odd episode on Monday in Redhill I contacted the surgery and was seen by Dr Hildreth. She was so calm and caring and easy to talk to and I felt totally at ease with her. She did numerous tests and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She is a great addition to The Wall House Surgery. Thank you Dr Hildreth.

The phone you back service, telling where you are in the queue and the chance to send an email greatly improves the accessibility to medical treatment. I think we are all much relieved to not have to listen to endless messages about COVID and vaccinations before getting through. Perhaps it would help to single out easily dealt with queries by phone option? 1 to request blood test, 2 to see a nurse, 3 Covid & vaccination queries 4 prescription requests etc.
Terrible waiting times just to speak to someone. Been going on for many many months so Covid is not an excuse, just pay for an extra member of staff to answer the phone.
1, Unable to book non-urgent appointments in advance.
2. If you miss 8 am phone slot it is impossible to book an appointment.
3. Rarely see our own GP.
