Morning, just to bring to your attention, i was booked into the Spire Hospital at Gatwick for a CT scan at 8:00am on monday 16th November. i arrived 10min in advance of my appointment as was required, i sat there for 20min only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. why would that be, no one told me thats why i turned up. please can we find out firstly why was it cancelled, then why was i not informed. regards Tim Cullen

I contacted the surgery and a very nice doctor called me back (sorry don’t remember her name). She was extremely thorough and did not rush me even though it was late on a Friday evening. She gave me good advice and arranged blood tests and a prescription. I felt very reassured after the call and the outcome was what I wanted. I had a follow up call after the weekend (I think with a Dr Matthews?). He also was excellent and I consider this service from the surgery amazing, especially considering the current situation. Today I had a follow up call with Moni Choudhury. I expected I would need to the surgery for my results but they called me. She was excellent explaining in detail my blood results. I also raised another issue I have been experiencing and she was very helpful on what actions I should take if I feel they worsen or don’t improve. She was very clear on her advice. Overall my experience with the surgery has been faultless especially given the fact No face to face contact is possible - but also I didn’t feel I would have had any better an experience. Thank you.
