Most Dr's are very helpful The booking system here is terrible, there are not enough appointments and when they are released you have to wait at least 2 weeks to see a Dr. Although it's handy to book online the lack of appointments is frustrating and if you call up you are referred back to online unless it is an emergency (for which there is a triage list). There needs to be more information to patients on when times when appointments are released. I was also advised there would be appointments released the day before for the next day but there never seem to be any. Its a shame as this surgery was great before

All staff whether Reception or Nursing are always pleasant and helpful. All of us would prefer to see a particular doctor - but if you are unable to most of the other GPs are very pleasant and helpful. Making an appointment is not easy - but - it is not easy at any other Practice. The Wallhouse Surgery is efficiently run and a caring community.

Impossible to make an appointment with the doctor you want, even in advance. You can only get emergency appointments on the day. You can’t seem to book ahead to get your own doctor. Stupid online system that runs out of general appointments immediately.

This surgery is struggling with the volume of patients it has to deal with. It is extremely difficult to consistently see the same doctor, meaning you have to go over old ground whenever you meet a new doctor. Unfortunately the construction work is also putting pressure on the team. I had to pop in 3 times to obtain a blood test form. Generally the medical team are good, but like much of the NHS overstretched.
