Dr Ray is the most amazing helpful Dr. in the surgery. Just wish it was easier to get an appointment with him. He is both supported and helpful and always makes sure you are happy with what he is explaining to you. Sometimes I think the receptionist could be a bit more understanding but overall a great surgery. Be nice when building works have finished.

The service and care in a very busy environment is very good. The receptionist pays attention to detail, is calm and patient and good at dealing with difficult customers. Please employ more people once the expansion work is complete. Thank you.
