Dr Patel was thorough, clear and interested. He took the time to check that I understood exactly what my medication is for (my visit was for a medication check following blood tests), explained the blood tests and the results. He also talked to me about the importance of exercise - walking! This general approach was friendly and professional. Nothing to improve!
