Very caring and had good discussion.
Examined every possibility.
Didn't rush to catch up.
As a patient with a hearing aid and a requirement for long term medication for another condition that can't be dispensed on repeat prescription, I asked the Practice to notify me by email when my prescriptions were ready to collect as this seemed like a reasonable adjustment. The practice has insisted that I call the switchboard instead which is difficult and inconvenient, requiring several calls with call waiting times averaging about 20 minutes - not to mention expensive!
I find it surprising and disappointing that a GP surgery is not prepared to make reasonable adjustments for patients with special requirements and / or disabilities.
Appointment - seen on time.
Sharon was professional (actual nurse) friendly at putting me at ease. Lovely lady.
