My only complaint is being invited for an appointment, stating I should arrive by 1130 and being left in the waiting room until 17:00 !!!
My wife was left waiting with the car !!!
You could (should have) been reasonably organised enough to either give me a reasonable waiting time (1 or 2 hours max !) or at least inform me that I may be waiting for 5x hours.
For this reason, I do not recommend Asford Hospital

Spent a week in Dickens ward after second hip surgery. It was brilliant couldn't fault it at all.
Thanks to Mr A Khaleel and his team for putting up with me.
You all deserve a medal.

I surgery in Day unit in May for my foot. The staff were fantastic and totally on hand for any needs,
The unit was spotless and the staff very attentive. They couldn't do enough to make my stay more comfortable.

My operation was carried out at Ashford, seen as an outpatient at St.Peters.
Hospital was clean and tidy, staff were polite, respectful and very professional.
All aspects of surgery were explained to me before hand and l was kept up to date with what was happening with regards to my treatment.

I recently had a total hip replacement. The care I received was wonderful.
The ward I was in at Ashford hospital was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all so caring and kind. I had such fantastic care from you all from Surgeon, his team and all the nursing staff.

Always receive a high level of care through this hospital
