Felt staff were great today from reception to the physio

Parking was a bit hard and the ev parking didn’t work

Was very good, gave a lot of information and explained the process thoroughly.

The man that was brought in to talk about medication was difficult to understand as had a strong accent.

I was dealt with my the physio clinic which in its self is always a welcoming area to go. The receptionist is lovely. My physio, [name removed] has been absolutely brilliant. She was helpful in getting me to understand my issue and gave me solutions. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I could have made the recovery I’ve made so massive thank you to the clinic & [name removed].
