[name removed] identified the problem in my neck and gave the treatment that worked to fix the problem. I was given exercises and shown how to do them properly and how often. I also have lower back problems which [name removed] would be glad to help me with via a new referral via my gp. In 20 years of problems [name removed] is the best most professional and effective physiotherapist I have ever seen. I can’t recommend her enough.

I was listened to. I was carefully examined. I was given considered exercises. I felt very assured at all times. I did my exercises and on next visit we went through everything and some exercises were altered to meet my specific needs. Different exercises were given. 3rd visit i had a very good chat with [name removed]. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She made me feel very assured. A lovely lady with a very good knowledge of my condition. I have every faith in her. I am now discharged, and i am confident in continuing my exercises. [name removed] gave me confidence. [name removed] did a really great job with supporting me during a crisis, and also through the difficult times afterward. She even referred me to different departments of Isebrook when I made passing complaints about dental problems, which really shows her attention to detail and willingness to help. I'm greatful for her support and that of Wellingborough CMHT in general. [name removed] has now taken over my case and she is also giving me really good support. I realise the recovery process will take a long time, but I feel like I'm in good hands.

There was an occasion where I was in a crisis and called the department around lunch time only for no one to pick up. But this was passed on and addressed and never happened again. My initial experience when I was first referred was a bit difficult because I feared I'd be bounced around departments and then dropped and left without support. This did almost happen, but I think that's more due to the complex nature of my case and the backlog with other departments around the NHS. Wellingborough CMHT worked very hard to prevent this happenning though and I'm eternally grateful for their hard work in keeping me safe.
