I was so pleased with my day stay in Kims hospital. The staff were so informative and professional.
I had a lovely chicken salad wrap after my procedure.

The hospital was very clean, I was surprised how big it is. All the staff were very good, helpful and approachable.

I was treated exceptionally well, beyond my expectations. Everyone was friendly & reassuring.
I told the Sister that I had communication difficulties & she was the 1st person in over 40yrs to ask me what helps me. Even my neurology team haven't done that before. It was amazing to feel so validated & supported. I have upto 4 medical appointments a week. And I've never met a medical professional that isn't incredible, but this is the 1st time I've felt I was allowed to be fully human, fully myself, like I could share all my needs & concerns. And that was because of how well treated I was by every member of staff.
Not only that, the procedure itself was brilliant. I'm now looking forward to a full recovery & very grateful for everyone at Kims hospital for doing such a great job.

Thank you so much to everyone on Pickwick ward especially Debbie and Azira, who were my main nurses.
You made the stay and my pre and post surgery so much more bareable.
The care and friendliness of all the staff was second to none, I couldn't have asked for better.
You made sure that not only I was comfortable you also looked after my mum with copious cups of coffee, we she really appreciated!
You all do a great job.
