KIMS Hospital were both professional and caring with everything they did to assist me with my recent right hip replacement operation. From the receptionist/administrative staff, through to the medical staff who both dealt with the operation and my recovery on the ward. The care was of the highest quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to others. Thank you all

All staff are friendly and helpful. The hospital is very clean with lovely rooms and you are well looked after.

KIMS Hospital are very corporate in their care - somewhat compliant with structures they need rather than relative confidence as evidenced at London Bridge Hospital where my other identical procedure was performed.

All appointments were as scheduled, greeted by a host every time. On admission felt welcomed & confident prior to my operation of a 2 night stay. Continously monitored & looked after the whole time. Discharge was thorough aftercare
