I had a liver biopsy and needed information to get to IR dept; a nurse directed me which was very helpful as the information desk wasn't open when i arrived before 8am. The staff were friendly, polite, supportive and caring. Everything was explained clearly by the radiographer and nursing staff. I am impressed with all aspects of my care today .
Suggested improvements
I'm a coeliac so need a gluten free diet. I was offered a GF cheese sandwich which was not great; no butter on the bread, so very dry. I enjoyed the fruit and the orange juice.
