NAMS is an excellant service and everyone is very kind and caring, always ask me how I am. When ordering I always receive my tiems within a day or two.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced when accessing the clinic. The gates are temporarily closed due to construction work on-site, which is expected to be completed by Christmas. During this time, we have implemented a system to ensure the gates are open for patient appointments. Unfortunately, this did not happen in your case, and we are sorry for that. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us improve our processes. To avoid similar issues in the future, we will now call patients before their appointments, to notify them if the gates are closed there is a phone number on the gates for patients to call and request access if necessary. Excellent service very helpful gave me very good information on my stoma thank you again.
She was friendly, polite, and very informative,had time to listen to me and answered my questions,
The stoma nurse arrived on time and was very helpful, taking time to listen to everything I had to say. She understood the reason why my stoma is a low priority given the other health issues I have and agreed that no changes should be made with regards to my current prescription. I also explained why it is difficult for me to visit NAMS and she agreed a home visit is easier given that she lives in close proximity to me.
