Really don't see why this question is here. One of the reasons for the visit with the nurse is for her to do an examination of my stoma therefore with me being at my appointment
by default my consent would be given.
Suggested improvements
All the information and the friendly chat given by the nurse can not be improved and further.
One thing that needs changing is the text message that you send for the appointment it tells you that it's Unit 1, Phoenix centre but doesn't tell you what road it is on which would be a great help.
Also the sign on the road needs to be bigger and have NAMS adding to it either before or after the current wording

We will ensure that all the team are aware the address text needs to include the road to improve the ease of locating the building. We will also look a the signage and ensure it is appropriate.
