Very clean, receptionist very helpful and Diagnostic Imaging was easy to locate
Extremely professional & would not hesitate to recommend Mr Avotri & his team. Caring & explained exactly what would happen before the procedure.
Building not designed as a hospital. All buildings, car parks, buses etcetera all fed by one road and that controlled by traffic lights. A nightmare for parking, especially Blue Badge holders.
Very low staff morale in non specialised positions.
Internal layout of main building dreadful and not fit for purpose. E.G. Tiny waiting area general outpatients surgeries.
Mrs Rachel Bilton was very helpful when having my scan as I have difficulty laying down. She was very cheerful and understanding. I can't praise her enough.
Lucky to live near this hospital
The procedure I had was explained very well and wasn’t as bad as I expected, there was some discomfort but that was to be expected. The care staff kept checking on me to make sure I was ok, which was lovely and postive.
All of the staff which I and my partner have been in contact with over the past 15 weeks have been great, very professional and approachable. My partner recently broke her ankle and from the operation through to physio (ongoing) the team has been spot on. I had a small "challenge" with the receptionist on arrival to the Emergency Dept. which was resolved. "Beth" (don't know her surname) in the Fracture/Rehabilitation Dept. has been superb. Very supportive and caring.
Lovely modern and clean hospital. Loved the mee and great staff at enterance to help. Nurses I dealt with well turned out, polite , explained everything clearly.
Have no concerns with the Hospital and staff
As detailed under the Dr review
I found everyone at Peterborough Hospital to be great and caring. The food was good too!
