Rivers Hospital, I found it very clean and the staff understanding and helpful the food was very acceptable. I was given an ex ray on my first visit to Rivers hospital and an examination both of which confirmed the problem with my hip, the doctor concerned referred me to a Hip surgeon who gave me information about the need for surgery.

Honestly cannot thank the staff enough for their fantastic work today. Our three year old underwent minor surgery and I was just blown away by how amazing the team were - from the bloody marvellous paediatric staff to those in the recovery room. The whole experience, which could have been so much more scary and daunting for our child and me, was a breeze. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, you are just wonderful. Hand on heart totally recommend this hospital for it's fantastic service and brilliant staff.

All staff that I saw at Rivers hospital were pleasant and kind. They explained what they were doing at all times. I had my own room which was clean and newly decorated. It had an en suite bathroom. The food was great and the staff remembered my preferences. Even though I was an NHS patient at a private hospital I don’t think I was treated differently to paying customers. Everyone was friendly. The physiotherapy staff were great too, knowledgeable, took time to explain and demonstrate exercises and encouraged me to push myself.

Before, during and after my knee replacement the staff were kind considerate helpful and caring. I felt completely at ease. Mr Kutty’s skill has given me the freedom I was lacking. Pain free! I am now back at yoga and able to feel relaxed in most of the poses.

The whole experience from my admission to discharge was extremely good. I was comfortable throughout, treated very well, and the nurses, physiotherapist and surgeon and his team were beyond expectations. Although I had major surgery which isn’t one of life’s high points, I can’t think of anywhere that I would rather be treated. I can’t thank them enough.

Great care and professionalism from all members of staff from start to finish from Mr S. Kutty , nursing and care staff, cleaning and hospitality staff and reception staff.
