It was the first time I went to Spire Alexandra Hospital. Outstanding!! Excellent and very friendly and professional staff making sure I was alright. Very good room, absolutely clean and comfortable. Once I was discharged, at home, I continued having the same outstanding level of caring, been regularly contacted by the Nurses, asking me how I was and if I needed anything.

The spire hospital is always clean and tidy. All the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Whilst staying in the hospital i felt well cared for by the nurses and the ancillary staff. I would happily recommend the spire hospital.

On Friday 17 August I had an out-patient appointment to see one of the orthopaedic consultants. My appointment was for 13:30 but due to my work schedule that day, it worked better for me to arrive early and complete some work while I was waiting. I arrived at 11:30. From the moment I arrived until I left over two hours later, I was so very impressed by everyone I came into contact with. On arrival the reception staff welcomed me, explaining there was no problem with me waiting and I could help myself to hot drinks. They also explained that the Bistro opened at 12pm and I was welcome to have some lunch there. While I was waiting, although not intentionally listening, I could not help but hear how other patients were welcomed and helped with various questions. Every member of the reception team were so friendly but in a professional manner. I really liked the 'vibe' of the atmosphere there also. When I went to the Bistro, I also received a warm welcome, even though I was the only non staff customer there. The sandwich I purchased was one of the best I have ever had! I happend to pop into the x-ray area to use the facilities and even there I was greeted with a smile and directions where to go. I was overall really impressed with everyone I met that day, the whole ambience of the outpatients area was a pleasant place to sit and wait. Please do pass on my sincere appreciation to all the team.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, they really try to put you at ease. The nurses are amazing too, nothing is too trouble. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Mr Jain was kind, caring and attentive from the outset. I elected to remain awake during my total hip replacement surgery. Mr Jain and his theatre team were calm, considerate and professional throughout. I am so pleased to have experienced this. The aftercare and post-op consultation has been very good too. My mobility and activity level is very much improved.

A nice looking hospital, inside and out. The hospital staff were all friendly and efficient. I could not fault the overall treatment at all.

Had an appointment with Dr Rakabi. Absolutely fantastic Doctor. Very informative explained everything to me. Absolute star
