There are no wards to express how grateful the family are for the support and care received. The nurse is an angel, kind, caring, nothing too much trouble and I do not know how we would manage without her visits and care for my father. The access to 24/7 help by telephone is invaluable and a lifeline helping care for my father at home. Thank you for all you do. Diana and the hospice team.

Everyone has been so kind and caring. Providing what we need. I feel I can trust and rely on the help, and that the best possible care is given to mum. Everyone is going well beyond my expectations and I am so grateful.
Suggested improvements
You could not have improved the service it was difficult to get referral in the first place due to incompetence of GP, but after calling 111 I got the referral and help I needed.

I was Apprehensive about having counselling but my counseller was so reassuring and understanding, that it made the counselling sessions easy. My counseller helped me to understand what I was feeling and listen so well. Thank you.

The nurse listened to my concerns and answered many issues I had. Explained more about my condition and gave advice on how to cope!

The moment they walked in they made us feel at ease so friendly and caring, it was not just very good they are amazing.
