Consultants are independent so if they make a mistake then the hospital wont care. They said they cant pressurise consultants to reply. They wouldn't even give me their solicitors details so I could bring a legal claim.

All the staff, from the ward nurses to the anaesthetists were friendly, caring and supportive. The room I was allocated for my recovery was clean and pleasant. I would fully recommend this hospital.

I was told to arrive yesterday morning at 0730 nil by mouth from midnight and only sips of water until 0730, however when i was taken to my room the nurse informed md i was 2 hours early i was seen by pharmacy staff physio staff and mr wassim then i was left being told i would be collected for my surgery but not given a time around 9 hours after ariving and around 22 hours nil by mouth i rang my buzzer to try and find what was taking so long and was informed by a nurse after she made a call that there was a delay due to the lifts out of order by this time i felt faint and had a splitting headache i had the surgery done soon after but did not meet mr wassim this morning or get an apology from him and was very very upset after parting with around £14000 pounds hard earned and saved through years of long shifts in manual work i decided to have this surgery done private to avoid the hours of waiting on the nhs but i should havd done to the nhs if i wanted a 22 hour nil by mouth wait as they offer a £14000 discount ! I would however like to leave a huge compliment for a care nurse called joe she could see how upset i was feeling after being treated so badly and sat and chatted to me and showed genuine concern and was a perfect represententative for your buisness even though she probably earns a small fraction of what a surgeon makes.

Great experience throughout my care here. Had 2 deep cysts surgically removed and the team were really great. Carys, Margie and Di were amazing in theatre and made me feel very confident during the operation. Mr Ayub was extremely skilled and the wounds are healing really well with minimal or no marks. The follow-up visit to take out the stitches with Amanda and Liz was great too, with useful aftercare advice and assessment. Very clean facilities and helpful team on reception with booking queries - if they said they would find something out and ring back they always did.
