Reception staff quickly put me at ease by welcoming myself and my wife. Admission checking formalities were quickly done. I was then taken to my room, within seconds nursing staff came in and started explaining things which helped me begin to calm down. Standard of nursing care excellent. Both Mr Erlick Pereira and Dr Audrey Tan (Anaesthetist) had excellent communication skills and I would like to recognise them for their pre and post-surgery comforting and exceptional medical skills. For a patient to undergo an operation and receive care afterwards, there are a lot of unseen staff who ensure that various jobs are completed. All these staff should be thanked as without them there would be no functioning hospital.

The London Clinic care team were all wonderful. I just want to particularly praise two of the team for their care: Andrea and Loren. They (and all the team) were great and very caring and attentive, they helped me enormously when I needed their support.

The London clinic excells in fantastic care.during my admission I felt respected and cared for empathically.nothing is too much trouble for the staff, nurses food servers, and consultants alike were kind and always ready to answer any questions regarding your care. The food at the london clinic is Incredible. with a full al a carte menu, light bites, and breakfast menus to peruse and delight in.any time day or night. The clinic make being unwell in hospital a caring and homely experience.

I had a day case last week and have known this hospital for a long time as I had many treatments at the London Clinic over 14 years. The team during my day case were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The team really try to look after you and care in a natural way. Very professional with great standards. Many thanks.

Very attentive and caring nursing staff, physiotherapists, pharmacists as well as catering staff. The ward sister however was quite unpleasant and keen for me to vacate my room early the day after surgery despite my consultant telling me to take my time and to stay another night should I feel the need. Having had a general anaesthetic and back surgery, I wasn’t feeling up to rushing home, my husband not being available to help me until later in the afternoon. The sister suggested they would help me put my bag in a cab. How I was supposed to get home on my own, go up 3 flights of stairs with a bag, having been told not to lift anything over 1 kilo, I don’t know. She really caused me undue distress. I did in the end wait until my husband was able to collect me, as I found her demands quite unreasonable and offensive.
