Ben spent a lot of time with me as I was in BRI for 9 months. Always professional, yet caring, supportive, understanding, and kind. Always thoughtful of my my situation, always thinking of new ways to help support my stoma issues, which were many. I looked forward to his visits, his ongoing presence and support really helped me through the toughest time of my life. I will always be grateful.
