We reached out for help regarding my mums stoma care and Harriet sprung into action. She had visited my mum within a couple of days after my call. She identified mums problem immediately and Her prompt referral to a specialist will hopefully transform mums life. All done with kindness, care and compassion

I am a patient who suffers with autism and anxiety making this procedure a daunting thing however the nurse Harriet is amazing. Right from training before the surgery to care afterwards Harriet has always been informative and well able to ease my anxiety. Harriet has always been able to answer my questions and concerns straight away without having to consult others or look things up and she has always been very good at explaining things to me in a way i can take in the information and understand it. She has always been able to provide me with care in a way that suits my physical and psychological needs. I was very panicked about this whole experience but Harriet has done a fantastic job at making it go so much better than i worried it would. Harriet is an amazing nurse and i would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is having to have a stoma.
