Louise was very Knowledgable and was able to answer my questions promptly and also provided me guidance about my stoma issues. She also had a trainee, Bev in who was also the same and they both treated me with respect.

We had a very pleasant visit from Louise and felt supported. Louise arrived promptly. Louise helped me with 2 problems around my stoma. Adhesive residue and thin skin. Gave me plenty of advice.

Louise was very understanding and knowledgeable about the stoma products on the market .As I am having trouble with my skin she has suggested alternative products for me to try.Louise was chatty and very friendly and professional at all times making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.
