The nurse was very polite and knowledgeable. Put me at my ease and gave me solutions to my problems.
This is the 2nd time i have had Lynne come to visit me at my home to do a annual review & check on my stoma and i felt very comfortable in her company she gave me all the respect compassion and helpful advise that i needed..as well as being very cheery friendly
Lynne was very caring, informative when I had questions and understanding.
Lynne was kind, caring and efficient.
I was very comfortable in her care.
I felt very comfortable with Lynne as soon as I met her. She was on time for my home visit, although I was feeling anxious, that dissipated very quickly. She listened to me and offered good advice. Wasn't at all patronising, very happy with the way she spoke to me. Unable to think of anything that could be improved, felt the visit for me was very successful.

Miss Lynne Bradley was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2025 for delivering outstanding care.
