The optometrist Sonam Ruparela is Very thorough in her work and also most kind and courteous. Always willing to explain whatever we are not too sure of.

A lovely person who listened to the problems I was having regarding my eyes and made sure to thoroughly check them for me whilst explaining what she was doing along the way. Not only reassuring me there was nothing wrong but also letting me know how I could put less strain on my eyes to avoid making them too tired in the first place. It was also early on a Monday morning, and whilst I am not overly found of getting my eyes checked her positive and helpful attitude gave me a great start to the week :)

I was very happy with the service and helpful advice due to the fact I have only one eye and poor hearing.
