Nigel is courteous, gentle and knowledgable. As a teacher, I appreciated his kind approach and his educational comments about the eye test I was being subjected to.

I was given a week's trial of contact lenses with a consultation and eye test beforehand on what I wanted to get from the trial. My needs were listened to and I was given all the information relevant to me in order to make a decision. Very friendly, professional and helpful service from the whole team at Boots Opticians Ely. I'm glad I changed opticians to them and I'll definitely be visiting again.
