Elisa was great at supporting me through the titration process. I had some specific challenges regarding finding the right medication and she was supportive and helpful in finding the best medication for me. She was also very understanding and supportive when I had some personal issues during the titration process. The notes system used to communicate relies on clear written communication. Elisa was extremely patient and understanding when I was struggling to put a couple of complicated questions into writing.

Elisa was extremely helpful in supporting me to find my correct dosage. My titration took a little longer than expected as I started experiencing side effects. However, Elisa never made me feel rushed and listened to all of my feedback. She was able to competently answer any concerns I had and was always quick to respond to any messages. I am thankful for her professionalism and would highly recommend her to anyone for medication titration support.
