The physio was absolutely brilliant. Listened attentively and gave me some great advice and exercises to try. He demonstrated the exercises there and then to ensure I was doing them correctly. The physio was extremely knowledgeable and knew everything there was to know about my foot! The session hugely helped and I am pretty much pain free. Thank you.

I had an appointment with Matt through work at St.Peters hospital. He saw me very promptly, I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. We talked about my symptoms and then agreed on a plan of exercises. Matt talked me through each exercise very thoroughly and as I did them they almost instantly helped. He was very patient and kind. He sent me a link for the exercise program and also gave me a paper copy. I continue to use the routine and my condition is improving
