It’s was a pleasure to speak with Sonia this morning, after a year of struggling with my breathing and being failed by own GP i finally feel heard. Sonia not only diagnosed me but also put plans and procedures in place for when I am discharged from hospital and finally on all the correct medication!

Sonia made me feel totally at ease and heard. She was very informative and made me sure I was comfortable and knew how to use my medication correctly! Hospitals can be scary places, but Sonia made me feel safe! Sonia went through an asthma management plan with me and made it feel less daunting.
