This lovely lady was exceptional, she was thorough and gave a description with what was seen on the scan, there was care and thoughtfulness throughout. It wasn't just a job to her, she was professional but had that perfect bedside manner whilst I was being seen.

Mrs Adams was very professional, yet put me immediately at ease. She discussed what she was going to do and assessed my understanding of what I was seeing her for. She then talked me through the stages of what she was doing and had a very calm manner which eased my nerves.

Very friendly, got lots of good pictures of our twins. Was efficient at getting all the measurements and knowledgeable. Our babies seemed to like Lorna the most as they have stayed the calmest out of all the scans we have had.
