Rachael was most helpful. She explained exactly what was going to happen as we went along and I found her manner was very kind and helpful. She is extremely professional and I felt at ease throughout the whole procedure . I feel Monika should have a mention also as she too was very helpful.

Rachael was friendly and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and directed me as we went through the procedure. Rachael's college was also very lovely and kind.

I was seen on time and the procedure I was to experience was fully explained. The procedure was carried out efficiently resulting in a speedier process. The only real improvement which could be made relates to the Barium drink which some find difficult to drink. No doubt improvements are being researched into ways to make this easier to take.
