My experience of Tracey is that she has great empathy, is entirely realistic and clearly cares genuinely about her patients. The fact that Tracey was speaking to an older male about a very personal and male problem, made no difference to her. Tracey was able to communicate appropriately, sensitively and openly which enabled me to divulge some of the more personal side effects in a safe and comfortable environment. I don’t see how Tracey’s care could have been improved upon. Tracey is a highly professional and personable individual who is doing some great work.

A very caring and professional lady, taking a very close interest in my treatment . the treatment i received was first class and hopefully I am on the road to recovery , this is due to Tracey Ellis and team who work together to give their patients the best care possible.they are all a credit to the NHS Thank you very much.

Tracey is very friendly and talks in layman terms that is easy to understand. She has a very calm manner that instantly puts you at ease. She takes time to really listen to what you have to say and is very clear about involving you in your ongoing treatment plan. We received good news on this visit, but if things hadn't been good, I would trust that she would have been very empathetic.

Having undergone treatment for prostate cancer at the ROSEMERE Cancer centre in Preston Hospital under Dr Tracey Ellis and her team, i can say that i was put at ease by the care and professionalism of everyone involved. From meeting Dr Ellis who explained everything regarding my treatment from the very start, to the review halfway through and meeting Dr Ellis when my main treatment was over Dr Ellis explained that they will continue to monitor me for some time to come.
