Totally in awe of the compassion, empathy and understanding that was shown by Mrs Ellis. To couple all of this with an honest and direct assessment about the nature of my condition, to answer any questions, and to provide feedback when promised, has been very supportive to me at a very difficult time. Being diagnosed with cancer is a very scary and confusing state, however I was fortunate to come under your care, during which you listened to my concerns and you were prepared to accommodate my fears wherever possible. The treatment that I recieved was 1st class it could not have been better if it was private. Tracy explained the treatment fully and answered all my questions. All the staff in the Rosemere Cancer Center were very considerate and friendly and put the patient at great ease. All appointments were on time and all staff greated you and gave their first names (a very nice thought). It was a pleasure to attend appointments. Keep up this good work I cannot thank you enough.

Excellent care from start to finish. Tracey and Andrew took their time to explain the cancer and the procedures for treatment, answering all questions and giving time, never a feeling of the appointment was at an end. Andrew was available by phone to answer any questions during the treatment. The whole team were excellent a wonderful example of the NHS at its best.
